1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") are entered into between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and pk71 (hereinafter "pk71", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at pk71.io and its associated subdomains and mobile-optimised interfaces.

pk71 operates as an offshore online gambling platform providing sports betting, live casino, slot games, and related gaming services. The platform is made available to eligible players in Bangladesh subject to the conditions set out in this Agreement.

By accessing any part of the pk71 platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you unconditionally and irrevocably accept these Terms in full. If you are accessing pk71 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a pk71 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk71 is strictly an adult platform and does not permit access to persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting in your own name and for your own account.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including any self-exclusion you have activated through pk71's own responsible gaming tools.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of pk71 or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or game content suppliers.
• You must not have previously had a pk71 account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered pk71 account. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, payment method, or household address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk71 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and permanently forfeit any balances, pending bonuses, and accrued rewards held within them.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. pk71 is entitled to rely on the information you provide and will not be liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account records. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your pk71 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. Any activity conducted using your login credentials will be attributed to you and treated as authorised. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pk71 support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

pk71 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its anti-money laundering obligations. Before processing any withdrawal, or at any time pk71 deems necessary, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account matching the account name)
• Source of funds documentation where transactions exceed thresholds set by pk71's compliance team

Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. pk71 reserves the right to withhold funds indefinitely where a player fails to complete verification or where submitted documents are found to be fraudulent.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pk71 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). pk71 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are published on the cashier page and may be updated from time to time. pk71 reserves the right to apply individual transaction limits to specific accounts based on account history, verification status, or risk assessment.

4.3 Deposit Integrity

All funds deposited to your pk71 account must be your own legally obtained money. pk71 will not accept deposits from accounts held in a name other than your own registered account name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned less any processing fees incurred. pk71 reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks on any deposit.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the cashier section of the pk71 platform, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfactory compliance screening. pk71 will process withdrawals only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to an alternative method explicitly verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where pk71 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Acceptance of Bets

pk71 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where the platform suspects the bet has been placed using insider information, in connection with match-fixing, or as part of a coordinated betting strategy designed to exploit pricing errors. A bet is only confirmed as accepted once pk71 has issued a bet confirmation reference number to the player.

5.2 Pricing Errors

In the event that odds or prices are published in error due to a technical fault, data feed failure, or human error, pk71 reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous price and to offer the player the option to re-place the bet at the correct price. pk71 is not liable for any losses arising from erroneous pricing.

5.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. Specific exceptions apply to certain markets (such as tournament winner or series result markets) where the underlying competition continues — please refer to the sport-specific rules published within the betting lobby.

5.4 Live Betting

Live in-play betting is available on selected markets. During live betting, odds change rapidly and there may be a short delay between bet placement and confirmation. pk71 is not responsible for fluctuations in odds occurring between the time a bet is submitted and the time it is confirmed. Bets placed after the relevant event or period has concluded will be voided.

5.5 Maximum Winnings

pk71 applies maximum payout limits per event and per player per day. These limits are published within the relevant betting market and may be updated without prior notice. Where a bet is accepted that would result in a payout exceeding the applicable maximum, the payout will be capped at the published limit and the stake will be proportionally reduced or refunded.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by pk71 are subject to the specific terms of each promotion as published at the time the offer is made, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) must be turned over in real-money bets before a withdrawal request will be processed. Bets placed using bonus funds do not count toward wagering requirements unless the bet is settled as a loss or push.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

pk71 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using VPN services or proxy servers to access promotions not available in your region; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome; and withdrawing bonus funds before satisfying applicable wagering requirements by exploiting system errors.

6.4 Forfeiture

Any bonus balance remaining in a player account at the time of closure — whether voluntary or enforced — will be forfeited in full. pk71 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel it entirely at any time, with notice provided where reasonably practicable.

7 Responsible Gaming

pk71 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment for all players in Bangladesh. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If you find that gambling is causing financial, emotional, or social harm to you or those around you, please make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings immediately.

The following tools are available to all registered pk71 players without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a review period.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk71 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Opening or operating more than one account
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or money laundering
• Attempting to exploit software errors, display faults, or pricing mistakes for financial gain
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Engaging in, facilitating, or having knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt sporting activity
• Colluding with other players to defraud pk71 or to guarantee a profit through coordinated betting activity
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks on deposits after related winnings have been withdrawn
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pk71 staff members through any communication channel
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other players' accounts or pk71's backend systems
• Accessing pk71 via VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to mask your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing restrictions

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk71 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, database architecture, game content, graphics, logos, icons, text, video, audio, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk71 or its licensed third-party suppliers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk71 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content or functionality of the pk71 platform.

Game content supplied by third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is used by pk71 under licence. Any use of such content outside the pk71 platform is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk71 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the pk71 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, or data errors
• Loss or corruption of data stored in your account due to technical faults or force majeure events
• Damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials
• Decisions made in reliance on statistics, live data, or information published on the platform that subsequently prove to be inaccurate
• Delays in payment processing caused by your payment provider or banking institution

pk71's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pk71's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by pk71

pk71 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; the player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct; the account poses a risk management, compliance, or reputational concern to pk71; or continued operation of the account would expose pk71 to regulatory or legal risk.

11.2 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your pk71 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcome, and any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus forfeiture) will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Accounts under active investigation may be held pending resolution before closure is finalised.

11.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, all rights granted to you under these Terms are immediately revoked. Any bonus balances, loyalty points, or promotional credits held at the time of closure are forfeited in full. You must not attempt to re-register on pk71 following a closure resulting from a breach of these Terms; any such re-registration will itself constitute a breach.

12 Amendments to These Terms

pk71 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the pk71 platform for a period of not less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the pk71 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 11.2 above.

The version of these Terms most recently published on the pk71 website at the time of any dispute shall be the operative version for the purposes of resolving that dispute, except where the dispute relates to conduct that occurred under a prior version, in which case the version in force at the time of the conduct shall apply.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk71 is incorporated as an offshore operator.

In the event of any dispute between you and pk71, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication in the first instance. You should contact pk71's support team at [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint. pk71 will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs in connection with any arbitration proceeding unless the arbitrator determines that one party has acted in bad faith, in which case that party may be ordered to bear the other's reasonable costs.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pk71 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach of these Terms by you.
